| 1:21.6 | think of people as boundedly rational or incompletely rational rather |
| 1:26.6 | than irrational. |
| 1:28.4 | That's just what Homo sapiens is like. |
| 1:30.9 | And that means that we sometimes are optimistically biased. We think our plans will work out on the schedule we anticipate. |
