Hi, I'm Dave. I started

walking for fitness in 2013 and still take an intentional fitness walk every single day. I'm walking

right now and I would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes. It is a beautiful morning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I don't

know why this surprised me. Maybe it's because this morning I started just a

little bit later than I usually do. Typically when I leave the house it's still dark.

And I talk about early daylight. So the sun hasn't risen yet, but the sky is starting to brighten off to the east.

That's typically what it looks like.

This morning I left later.

So it was beyond early daylight to, oh, look, the sunrise.

And the sky is clear.

And I love it in the wintertime when trees don't have any leaves and they're backlit

either in the morning or later in the day so sunrise or sunset and these leafless trees are silhouetted

with a beautiful sky behind them and that's what I saw this morning just gorgeous earlier this

week got an email from Valerie first off thank you for this podcast I've just

discovered earbuds and this podcast I'm walking in cold windy and snowy Quebec

temperatures loved your episode with an introvert narrative to it.

I know that I'm an introvert.
