Hello, hello, welcome back to the show. Today we are diving into what I think is the most underrated,

0:08.0

most misunderstood and probably the most life-changing thing that you can do for your body, which is

0:15.0

build muscle intentionally. I know a lot of you probably started your fitness journey through losing fat.

1:34.4

but I'm not sure exactly what it is or how to do it.

1:36.7

So we're going to touch on that today and dive into how to just simplify it.
