Yeah, last time you shared your whole life journey, now you are, I won't tell your age, but you've got a quarter of a century at least behind you, and you were raised on a very godly evangelical family. You also became a gymnast around the age of one.

And for 20 years you had that energy, that discipline, that formation, which I think in God's plan was that

energy, that discipline, that formation, which I think in God's plan was preparing you to apply that same sort of energy in discipline and formation to an even higher pursuit. And that is the calling of Christ to show you what he had done for you.

I was so deeply touched by the description of the prayer in silence

that the priest led you in and where Christ said,

you know, I did this for you, showing the eucharist, the stained glass,

and all of these other beautiful mysteries that constitute our faith, the church, but the church,

not as a human institution, but as the family that God is fathering,

members of the mystical body of Christ and so on and so forth.

But what I'd like to do now in the second part of our conversation is slightly pivot, not away from your own life experience and not away from the story of your own spiritual journey, but the kinds of lessons that you have learned,

you know, I want to prep it by saying, you know, I was imagining while you were speaking what it was like for me and for you and for others as

evangelical Protestants, you know, who cherish the scriptures as this, know gift of God's word you know and I picture

Jesus saying I did this for you showing the four Gospels you know and then the
