These veteran hunts that they started doing all around the country. And California's was on Valentine's Day this year, which is like, wait, I thought you

couldn't shoot a duck in the United States past January 31. But these guys are going like February

14, I think it was 13 and 14 or 14 and 15, but man, can you imagine the stud wiggins and

cinemas you could get out there? Oh my god well uh derrick helms is living out

in dallas right now if you know derrick i don't he's a veteran and he's uh 25 he's been on our

podcast and i uh hunted with him quite a bit in oklahoma oh cool and so he drove up to

oklahoma on the weekend it was somewhere between february 10 and 14th, and they shot some stud ducks. That's cool as hell, man. Super cool. So it's veteran and youth. That's their youth day, I guess. Yeah, and we always have a youth day early because it's so, I mean, what are you going to do? Have late season youth day? You can't do that here.

No, we're a migrator state. Right. So even, I don't know, it's got to be nice and warm for kids, I think mostly anyways. True. Well, and then you want them to shoot the duck that's the hardest to hit, which is the blue rocket. Yeah, exactly. Blue wing teal.
