Danica Kohler-Domin is a production supervisor, now grappling with the challenges of being a COVID manager.

She's handled three projects this year, including shoots for Netflix and Sony.

Yeah, it wasn't just down.

You get downed and something happens.

There's so many moving pieces to an industry

that already has a ton of moving pieces.

So you just have to learn how to kind of bring them into the juggle

and think about it all.

And yes, like there's one thing that just can wipe you out.

And we just have no control over it.
