So excited about it. First thing we do, uh, in this new format each episode, we're

going to start with listener questions about the five factors of health, those

few fundamental behaviors that most positively affect our performance,

vitality and longevity. Those five factors, again, just as a reminder for folks

workout that requires zero equipment? Uh, so I would, I think some sort of
