In today's spiritual perspective episode, we are going to talk about what it means to do the work.

let's get into it. When I do these workshops and keynotes, a lot of times I'll start the session

by polling the audience. And I'll ask who in here already meditated today. And, you know,

it could be 9 o'clock in the morning, 10 o'clock in the morning, sometimes earlier than that.

But usually, if there's a room full of, say, 100 people, just to keep the math simple, there may be

three people who raised their hands who had already meditated that morning.

And then I'll say, okay, well, who's meditated every day this past week without fail?
