1:36.8

ones. And also, we're going inward as inside of ourselves. This is a season for rest. It's a season for replenishing our stores.

1:49.3

It's definitely a season of slowing down and a time where it's more natural for us to explore

1:56.3

our inner world than it is to continue bringing energy into the external. And living in this world

2:03.9

where we're constantly validated for what we do in the outside world, it can be really tricky

2:09.8

to actually feel that there is a huge worth and a huge value in exploring our own insightsides. So what is your relationship to your inner world?
