Everyone, remember, we're at the very beginning stages of a seven-to-10-year corrective real estate cycle.

What will be remembered as the last great boom of many of our professional lifetimes, and that I hope that we are not any of us having to actually work unless we choose to seven to ten years from now because we are so smart and taking advantage of this incredible market that we're all at the very beginning stages of experiencing.

Please be very clear. This is your opportunity to make back any money

that you didn't make during the real estate crash. This is your opportunity to help thousands

and thousands of people and make yourself a fortune. And remember, the only way to really do that

is becoming a listing agent. The richest of the rich agents are listing agents. That's

always been true and always will be true. So the question that you must be asking yourself constantly

is what are you doing today to learn how to be a listing agent? So Julie and I have been on the phone,

I think, pretty much all day. And Julie, I know you've had a lot of interesting coaching calls today.
