Ready. How are you doing? Ready to simplify. I guess. I'm going to have to be ready. We are going to talk about the three pillars method today. We're going to get really specific. We're not going to talk around it at all. We're going to talk about the three pillars method. Obviously something we've talked about a number of times before. Let's do a quick overview. What is the three pillars method? Perhaps if somebody out there is new, they just found you, they just found this podcast.

Let's tell them what the three pillars method is to begin.

Yeah, it's how I coach nutrition.

I have my clients focus on three targets in their diet, quality, how many quality foods

they have by looking at fruits and veggies, two, protein, and three calories.

So again, the three pillars method is about getting adequate quality, protein, and calories right in the diet. Now, you don't start by focusing on all three of those aspects at once. It really is a stepwise progression, and I think we're going to come back to that a little bit later. But ultimately, it's how I get clients, whether or not they're listening over the podcast or in the Three Pillars Method app or one-on-one clients to this personalized,

sustainable, and evidence-based plan to improve their weight, health, body composition, or fitness, and it's without the junk science, without the dogma, and without the gimmicks that
