And today I'm talking about what exercise to do if you are feeling like you are struggling with hormone issues.

Now first I want to identify like how do you even know if you're struggling with

hormone issues? Well if you are burning out, if you've got no energy, you know

that your cortisol levels are all over the place, maybe you've got

low thyroid function, you're in periometopause, so hormones are already fluctuating, or you notice

that after a workout you have no energy in the tank for anything else for the rest of the day.

Now the reason why this matters is there's a myth that the harder you work out,

But we find especially with women because of our hormone system that that isn't true.
