It's such a practice, such a joy to practice together.

Maybe it's a practice to be together too, right?

As some of you know, I'm Van Clarke and I teach here on Monday nights.

And it's a pleasure to be here on a Sunday morning.

Well, I think Gill is teaching a retreat.

I think that's where he is.

So today I thought I'd talk a little bit about this idea.

Sometimes we use this word Dharma.

What is Dharma? Like what is it? What is a Dharma talk?

And what is like to follow the Dharma or be with the Dharma?

Like what is that really?

And we have so many different ideas about it.

Maybe each of us have our own idea.

There's lots of room for interpretation.

And part of the reason why there's room for interpretation is because this word in poly

means so many different things.

And it gets used in so many different ways.

And one way that isn't so common, but it's meaningful for me,

is this idea that Dharma in poly is where it comes from the root der,
