Do you ever feel like you say the wrong thing, and you say it at the wrong time, and you say it in the wrong

place? We probably all feel that way sometimes, but some people seem more prone to this. Today,

we are going to look at a story about Peter, a man who certainly appeared to have a knack for saying

the wrong thing at the wrong time and in the wrong place.

This story is from the very last chapter of the Gospel of John and has important implication

and application for us. So let's now join Pastor John as we begin this teaching.

John 21 verse 18,

Verily, verily I say unto thee,

When thou wast young, thou girdest thyself

and walkest whether thou wouldest.

But when thou shalt be old,

thou shalt stretch forth thy hands

and another shall gird thee and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.
