Good morning, three minutes after ten is the time. I wonder if they're running out of people to attack, or at least people to promise

that they'll be horrible to. This is essentially what the small boats legislation seems to be

about increasingly, although I think rather gratifyingly, the one nation Tories or whatever you

prefer to call them, who are pointing out,

you need to have some safe routes before you start making a song and dance about closing the unsafe routes,

are set to make some progress today, I'm told.

But the invitation to be horrible to people.

So first of all, they create a constituency of people that you don't like,

or they encourage us, they encourage us not

to like someone. And then they promise to be horrible to them. Because the central platforms of Rishi

Sunak's anti-social behaviour policies, some of which are reheated labour announcements from the

end of last year, and some of which are sort of new. First article I could find about the legalisation or otherwise of so-called laughing gas was from 2015.

But I didn't look very hard.

I mean, there's probably earlier ones.

But he seems to be going after people who use nitrous oxide, which is mostly going to be children, young people, teenagers, and beggars.
