So without further ado, I'm going to go ahead and clip to the episode. Adrian, what's going on, man? Welcome to the show. Happy to have you. Yeah, thanks for having me. I'm excited. We're going to talk a little bit more about insulin resistance and how you become insulin resistant. Why you become insulin resistant? How can we become more insulin sensitive? How much do we have to worry about it? And this like crusade of like normal people wearing CGMs. But give us a little backstory. I don't know too much about you other than you put out really good content. You're a smart dude. So give us a little backstory of like, you know, whatever, your academic background and how you got to be where you are now. Yeah. So it started with me getting a bachelor's and master's degree in exercise science.

1:50.5

You know, nutrition was a part of that.

1:52.2

So I read a lot of nutrition.

1:54.1

I thought I knew a bit about nutrition at that point, but I definitely didn't.

1:58.2

And there was a point during my master's degree that I had some health

2:02.8

issues and I just got more into nutrition from a health standpoint instead of like a

2:07.8

performance standpoint. And I was really fascinated by how complicated nutrition really is,

2:13.1

how much information is there. And I saw that as like a more interesting pursuit for my PhD.
