| 0:17.0 | Well, first of all, and histamine is involved in the immune system. |
| 0:21.0 | It's also present in certain foods. |
| 0:24.0 | And if you had damage to your stomach or your intestines, |
| 0:29.0 | you could be deficient in this enzyme. |
| 0:32.0 | Diamene oxidase. |
| 0:34.0 | And this is the enzyme that helps you break down histamines. |
| 0:39.0 | And because histamines are in certain foods, when you eat certain foods, |
| 0:43.0 | these are the symptoms that you could experience. |
| 0:46.0 | Headaches, migraines, your sinuses get stuffy, diarrhea, asthma, |
| 0:52.0 | palpitations of the heart, skin gets flushed in red, hides itchiness, vertigo, |
| 0:59.0 | you're dizzy when you stand up, or low blood pressure. |
| 1:04.0 | These foods over here are high in histamines. |
| 1:08.0 | Pretty much all the fermented foods, wines, vinegar. |
| 1:13.0 | However, apple cider vinegar is less than the salmic vinegar and other types of vinegar. |

| 1:25.0 | Now I know, this is a keto-friendly food, but it has higher amounts of histamines. |
