| 0:14.0 | So, let's talk about the best exercise for a fatty liver. |
| 0:18.0 | Now, just to realize that exercise will contribute about 15% of the results of losing fat, |
| 0:24.0 | not just on the body, but out of the liver as well. |
| 0:28.0 | You really need to make sure you drop your carbs and you're fasting with exercise to maximize the results, |

| 0:40.0 | If you had co-leaning to your diet, that is very powerful to help strip fat off the liver. |
| 0:46.0 | The problem with the fatty liver is that you're going to get inflammation, |
| 0:51.0 | and that's going to create fibrosis or scar tissue, which will then lead to cirrhosis. |
| 0:56.0 | So, what we're trying to do is prevent inflammation and cirrhosis and also get rid of the fat off your liver. |

| 1:44.0 | So, in other words, when you exercise, you're going to be burning off the sugar and then tapping into the fat as energy and less of the glucose. |
