I wish we had better, more positive things to talk about. We've had some positive shows with you on, but this one feels a little heavier, a little more heavy maybe is the wrong word, a little more frustrating. That's the vibe that I feel right now.

Yeah, we're in a tough spot. Yeah. We're in a tough spot, but it's a fake tough spot. But it's a tough spot nonetheless. It is. You still got to, as my therapist always tells me, you still got to feel your feelings. You got to be present in the moment. Allow yourself to, uh, to feel all of the motions. And right now we've got a lot of emotions as Nuggets fans. I'll tell you I'm numb.

numb. Yeah. I'm feeling no emotions towards the Nuggets right now except for like I'm a little

frustrated and that's just because well we're coming off of the most frustrating defeat that the

Nuggets have had in very very long time. So you know we're a little raw you know, we're still keeping perspective. That's important. It's also the middle of the season, you know, and I, we, we remind ourselves of that every once in a while. Again, it's okay to feel, however you're feeling to be frustrated with the nuggets in the clutch and the injuries and all of those things. And to be honest, man, it's been a pretty shitty season from just a vibe standpoint, right?

Like, it started well, but then you've had all the injuries and, you know, the issues with playing in the clutch and some players just not, like, reaching the point that you want them to.

And it's just been one of those years.

But I remind us, I think you and I did a show right before the Nugget season started, and we were kind of saying, hey, like, we need, I wish we could have like a time portal that could go to like our future selves when we're halfway through the season and we're crashing out about all of these losses that we're just randomly stumbling into and say, it's going to be okay, they're still going to be in the playoffs. It's going to be fine. Injuries, I think that part's a little heavier. But, you know, we do still have that perspective that things can still work out. Things should work out. Things should work out, exactly. I mean, injuries, just saying the word injuries does not cover even a little bit what this season has been all about.

The Nuggets, for a good portion of the season, have been playing without four of the five starters, including Nikoliyokic, at times, Jamal Murray.

Christian Brown. Cam Johnson, literally every one of those man? Aaron Gordon. Christian Brown.

Literally every one of those players has missed time.

And then we've had like a weird revolving door of sometimes like Peyton Watts.

There's been like really great storylines that have come up from this season.
