All right, welcome, everybody. This is Derek Bodner joined by, well, I'm actually not joined by anyone.

Rich had something come up. He's not able to make today's podcast. So we are going to do a Sixers Beat first. This is a solo podcast.

So what we're going to do here is I have a bunch of questions from

the listener mailbag. We're going to go through them hopefully pretty quickly because I don't

want to be up here talking straight for an hour straight. Probably don't want to be listening to me

for an hour straight. But we will try to go through some of these questions. It will probably end up

reading a little bit more like an article rather than a typical back-and-forth podcast that we would have. But maybe we can,

maybe it'll be useful, maybe it'll be interesting, or maybe it'll be a complete train wreck,

and we will burn the tapes and never try this again. But we'll give it a shot here and we'll see

how it goes. This one comes from David Early at David Early on Twitter,

and he's basically asking about the minutes that the Sixers play without and Beat in Simmons.

Does Doc really think they're worth it, or is it just a regular season grind type of thing?
