0:12.6

Let's talk about it. I couldn't think of anyone better to discuss this subject with than my own acupuncturist,

0:19.3

Johnny Childs. You can find him on Instagram. Go give him a follow at

And one last thing before we get started, I don't care what Johnny says, I do not smell rotten.

0:35.1

Hello, Johnny. Hi, Estée. How are you? I see that you're in your, would you

1:11.6

tried it or you don't know anyone that's tried it, you kind of have no idea what it is and you

1:16.9

also maybe think it's like not even a real thing. So first of all, what even is acupuncture and how

1:22.4

many types are there? Okay, so this is five elements acupuncture. So this version, it's considered to be one of the

1:31.6

1:45.7

exist obviously today. When we look at the workings of nature outside, how does

1:50.6

it operate in a human being on the inside? So it's kind of to recognize that

1:55.3

human beings are part of nature. You know, we're not separate to it. So we're not human beings kind of running around in nature.

2:04.6

So if you take the five elements, and so if you look at those in nature,

2:09.6

and then I look at you, or my patients or whoever,
