And obviously expired paloosa was us celebrating the opportunity that happens at the end

In other words, the last day, first day scenario, and that's typically when most expires pop up. Now, if you missed expired

Paloosa, it's not too late for you, because run your expires when searching in your

market, go back 30 days, and you'll see that there's still tons of opportunity

to do a re-lists of houses that did expire. And every day really
