I think each time I do a season of owning it, I get more and more clear on what it takes to actually own anxiety, which is what it's all about.

That has always been the goal. That has always been my laser focus of this series.

And I know it's easy to get pulled away on different tangents. And when you're talking about anxiety, you can go in lots of different directions. And it's really important to me to always

bring it back to how can I help the listener

and myself better understand and better manage anxiety, all which comes together under the umbrella

of owning it. So as I've said from day one, it's never been about curing anxiety or getting rid of it
