It's that time.

Lock and load.

The Michael Verishow is on the air.

A couple of years ago I was driving back into Houston from north of Houston.

I don't know, an hour long drive to myself.

Normally, I would listen to a podcast because that's a great opportunity to do that or a book on tape more likely.

In that particular day, I was, instead of doing all that, I sat with a radio off in my own thoughts.

And I started thinking about how the world is topsy-turvy.

And I started thinking about, for instance, you've got men and boys going into girls' locker rooms.

And when it's discovered, the boy is not thrown in jail.

He's not ostracized or beaten.

The schools or healthcare facilities or fitness gyms are telling the person who's complaining that you're at fault.

At some point, everything that is sacred has now been defiled by these people.

And these people are making this argument in good faith.

I gave a speech to a group last week.

And at the end of my speech, I had this guy raise his hand and told me he disagreed with everything I said.

And I said, all right, you crank your old vampire-looking dude.

And he's just one of these bitter old liberals.

I said, what exactly do you disagree?

Everything! I like dying!

Okay, well, clearly you're a miserable sap.

Why don't you pick one thing that you disagree with and let's have a conversation.
