Today is a Q&A episode. So, question one, if Trump's FBI is arresting judges, how is that not a violation of the separation of powers?

Are judges supposed to be impeached? Okay, so they arrested a state judge claiming that she had allowed or

facilitated an illegal immigrant to escape with his attorney from the clutches of the ICE

deportation squad. I don't know all the details of the story yet, but Cash Patel, as we're

recording this on Friday, Cash Patel posted it on Twitter, then deleted

the tweet. I don't think we know the whole story yet, but here's the thing. There's a reason Donald

Trump went after big law firms first. He wants to intimidate them. They want to intimidate judges.

They want judges to feel like they're always under the eye of Department of Justice. They want judges

to feel like they work for Trump and the DOJ, not their courts. Now look, I don't know the

details of this case yet. I don't know if they had a warrant for her arrest. They clearly

brought her before Magistrate, and so the case is now in progress. But I will say this. The idea of

ICE and DOJ stormtroopering into schools, which they're doing, to military bases, to arrest

these spouses of military service members who they believe are illegal, which kind of difficult

to understand how that works. If you're married to an American, you can remember American. And a variety of other places,

they're storming into hospitals. They're storming into churches. They're storming into community
