0:31.8	Criticize others. Think, you know, what is it that they're
0:36.2	doing wrong? Like, I'm the one who is suffering here because of other people's actions,
0:41.3	because of how other people are treating me.
0:44.0	And I always like to come back to the question of, you know, what's my part?
0:48.0	What if it's me? What's my contribution to this?
0:51.0	And I know we love Story Time here on the Let It Be Easy Podcast. So I'm sharing another one of my favorite stories with you.
1:00.0	It's called The Two travelers and the farmer.
1:04.0	So a traveler came upon an old farmer in his field beside the road.
1:09.0	Eager to just take a rest, he held him down and said, look, can we chat for a moment?
1:15.0	And he asked him, what sort of people live in the next town?
1:21.0	The farmer said, well, what were the people like where you've come from?
1:28.0	And the traveler responded, oh, they were terrible, troublemakers, lazy too, and they were so selfish, not one of them was to be trusted.
1:39.0	I'm happy to be leaving that place.
1:41.0	Is that so, replied the farmer.
1:44.6	Well, I'm afraid you'll find the same sort of people
1:47.8	in the next town.
