0:00.0	Do you ever have doubts? I don't think that if we were honest, that there would be anyone who
0:12.4	could say that they don't occasionally have doubts. And if you have doubt, you're in good
0:16.4	company because according to Psalm 73, Asif, one of the major contributors to the book of Psalms, also had doubt.

1:04.5	I think that Psalm resonates with a lot of us because we find ourselves often in the same position where we look around and maybe it feels like God
1:13.9	is not present, that perhaps he has, as Asif said, turned away from us. People really get
1:20.9	afraid, though, when they experience these doubts and they start to question whether or not
1:24.7	they're saved. Is it okay for Christians to have doubts?
1:30.3	Certainly it's okay to have doubts because we all have them. The important thing is not to dwell
1:36.7	in them and believe them. I've often quoted from a bishop of the Pentecostal Semites of the

1:46.0	he made a statement that resonated with me.
1:48.3	He said, don't doubt your beliefs and don't believe your doubts.
1:54.7	Now, that's simple but profound.
1:57.0	You should have certain core beliefs that are established through a deep study of the Word of God
