Hey Gang! Welcome to the Run, Selfie, Repeat podcast where we talk about life with a side of running. TODAY, I want to break down what it means to truly start from where you are.
So many of us use cookie cutter training plans when we take on everything from 5Ks to marathons which means, we get a plan online or from me when you join me for a training experience. And while I offer three different levels, that training plan may still ask you to run more than you're ready for. Which is totally fine! NO SHAME. I want you to understand how a training plan works and how to safely train so that you can make infomred decision for the rest of your life regardless of whether you're training for something specific or just running because it makes you feel good. So let's talk about what it means and looks like to start from where you are.
