0:51.8	So last Thursday, I posted a video to my YouTube channel. This Thursday,
0:56.0	you'll have an episode of the show. Next Thursday, a video on my YouTube channel, the following
1:00.5	Thursday episode of the show. Just so you know, and you can look forward to medium to long form
1:06.0	content from me every single Thursday, it's about time that you have a day that you can look forward to, that we can stick to, and you can expect.
1:14.6	The second announcement is both my physical and digital coloring books are finished and ready for you to have.
1:22.6	Whether you are someone who just needs an activity that is quiet and calming and meditative or if you are
1:33.4	a nanny or you have little siblings or nieces or nephews that like to color or you just want
1:39.8	an activity for yourself coloring is the greatest sweetest little activity and I worked on this
1:46.8	book with an artist, an illustrator, Ladina, who I've known for years. And I've always wanted to work
1:52.6	with her in some capacity. So to have her bring my ideas to life and then to actually have a coloring
1:58.0	book where you guys can have in your very own home is so exciting to me
2:02.8	so there are some illustrations in there that are very personal to my life but are adorable to anyone
2:09.3	for example a puppy sitting in a spoon you don't have to know that my dog is spoon to want to
2:14.5	color him but is it adorable absolutely so I will link down below
