What was amazing about Mark was that level of autonomy to say, hey, here's where I believe the future is, here's where I believe the vision is, go make it, and he would actually come after we've made it and give feedback which was better than we could have thought of.

But that level of oxygen, the level of like, hey, I've hired you to be an a player I've hired you to be impressive

I've hired you so you can be creative allowed us to be excited to be making these products

As some of you may know I was employee number 30 at Facebook and while I was

working there I reported directly to Mark Zuckerberg, aka Zuck.

I learned more during that time than I ever have.

I also got fired after eight months of working there and missed out on $170 million, but that's a story for another time. Today I want to share

with you 13 lessons I learned from working with Zuck. They've completely influenced

the way I run my business and I know the influence the way you run yours.
