And I'm not talking about truly just not having the answer to something.

Like, what time's that movie playing, you know, at the theater?

I don't know. know like I'm not talking

about simple I don't knows which is just truthful and honest throughout the day

I'm talking about the inner deeper I don't know when it comes to something that feels bigger, like a life step, like a fork in the

road, like having to make your next big decision that feels significant to you. I can tell you that as a life

coach some people are stuck in the I don't know for a decade. I mean I don't know can be dangerous and it doesn't have to be.

Okay because when we say I don't know we are really saying one of two things right there

are of course exceptions to this but generally speaking in my experience when we say I don't know we either mean

Number one I just I don't want to deal with this right now, or it's not a priority.

It's not something that requires my brain space and energy. That's okay, right? That means that often

maybe this isn't even that big of a deal at all that requires your attention, right?
