Well, we're in 2026. I thought it's supposed to be thrive in 2026. A lot of operators are not thriving in 2026. What ended up happening? It's always important to know that

if you want to proceed to the future, you always need to look back into the past

and try to figure or try to understand what happened.

Now, a lot of people will say, well, this is different.

Government injects all that money, all that cheap money. And what ends up

happening, it props up the real estate market. Interest rates stay low for too long. Private

equity jumps in and that's where we are right now. That is affected the market. And that's

why we're still stagnant. We're still sort of stuck. We can't move. But I want to go back
