| 1:07.1 | years and probably until five years ago, when I actually tasted real extra virgin olive oil. |
| 1:13.9 | And I'm like, wow, this is amazing. Before I was consuming this fake olive oil that was |
| 1:19.1 | bland. It didn't really have any taste. It didn't have that peppery grass-like taste. And it |
| 1:25.5 | didn't irritate the back of my throat. Those are just indicators. You have the real thing because |
| 1:29.8 | unfortunately, they sometimes dilute olive oil with other oils like soy or canola. So they're |
| 1:35.8 | trying to clean that up right now. But it was quite amazing when I went to this farm where they |
| 1:39.7 | created the salad oil. I had a chance to check the soil and check the microbes, which were off the |
| 1:46.3 | chart. Also, the care involved in making this product was just way over the top. I mean, this |
| 1:53.5 | goes way beyond just organic. Now, I don't get any kickbacks from this company, but I will say, |
| 1:58.7 | when I find a good product, I definitely will let people know about it. So you can either add it |
| 2:03.0 | to your salad with basalmic vinegar, red or apple cider vinegar. I put some lemon on my salad. |
| 2:10.0 | I put sea salt, or you can just take two tablespoons of this oil every day. It's a pure fat, |
| 2:17.2 | so it's not going to spike insulin. So let me just go through some of the compounds in olive oil. |
