help you see things in a way that just feels like it's doable. Like you are so much closer than

you really think and I want to show you what's possible. So here's one of our Minisodes. I hope

you like it. Take a listen. Well, I do nothing in advance. I don't plan anything in advance. So

I think sometimes it is helpful for you guys to hear that extreme because oh my god, the amount

of momentum that I just see is lost because here's the deal. What happens if you make the wrong choice?

It's amazing to make the wrong choice too. You just learn so much. And that's happened. We've

like decided to promote something that we realized was really out of alignment for me. And I'm like

great, that cost me let's say this much time or this much money. And now I know felt bad. I needed to

I guess really go all the way in there and have my ego make a decision for me and then go know

that was coming from a place of needing certainty that wasn't coming from really what I wanted to

try. So I don't think it matters. What I think matters is that scientists and innovators and people

who are really finding their way to solutions are they're just constantly in beta trying stuff,

making decisions quickly because by making decisions quickly you get momentum and there are so many

times how many times this happened where you make a simple decision. And then while you're doing it,

you go, oh, this is actually what we're doing. So I'm so glad I even did this because now by talking

to you, I just got the actual idea of what this even was. Like you're not even making the decision,

you think you're making when you're making the decision, you don't even know enough, you don't

have enough information. So a lot of times even when you think you're making the decision, it has to

be the right one, the wrong one, you have like this much of the information. Then you go ahead and you

do it like Jennifer Fisher just to give you an example. So she was on the podcast a few years ago and
