It's a really nice morning to be out for a walk.

to be part of the Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. It is dark here, so I've got a flashlight.

I got an email this week from Lorraine,

who has been walking since high school, two and a half miles,

more than two and a half miles, in fact, every other day.
