the Lemonheads and it just came up on my playlist and kind of it hit me for some reason and it matches what I'm going to

talk about so I can't believe I'm going to talk about this because my assistant Tess, she edits my podcast and Tess I'm sorry you have to listen to this but by now you know that I just talk

about random shit personal stuff so you're probably used to it and also I want to say

since you're listening thank you for all your hard work if I haven't said it

she was going through an expired relationship. I believe she

started following me reading my blogs and I met her years ago and since then she's been amazing. Okay so I'm alone for a week and because

my partner Vanessa is running a retreat and I said in a video that she was running

a retreat in Costa Mesa.

I was like Costa Mesa, she's running a

retreat in a parking lot.

Costa Rica, she's in Costa Rica for a week.

And so when I'm by myself, two things can happen.

I can get into my zone, healthy routines, be super productive,

and you know just get into my
