We're going to talk about some local politics or state politics, if you will, today.

For a state that I love deeply, I live there for three years.

I would love to be able to move back, actually, to Virginia.

But Virginia is not in the best political situation right now.

And it seems like they're going the way of New York and California and other states where there used

to be a Republican resistance, but then when the Democrats got strong majorities, they slammed the door

right behind them. And it seems like Virginia is going that direction. And I'm actually shocked

to see in such a short period of time how many

crazy radical proposals are not just being proposed, but passed by the legislature for the governor

signature. So we're going to talk about the situation there and then whether or not there is any hope,

what can be done. And for that conversation, which I think is important for everyone in the country,

we have with us, Tommy Kelly, good friend of mine. He's the former chair of the Augusta County,

Republicans, former chair of the Lynchburg Young Republicans. He was an advisor to Pete Snyder,

and he is also from the Lynchburg area.

And we also have with us Tyler Turner,

who is the political director for the Lynchburg Republican Committee.
