Here's Governor Hokel on that in her press conference yesterday.

But just this morning, as we're all reeling with the pain,

New York has tougher gun laws than Texas, especially New York City, of course, but there are proposals to tighten regulations further in the wake of these shootings before the legislative session ends one week from today on June 2nd.
