Here's today's message.

I believe today that today is the start of some surgery happening in our hearts as we speak from the subject on the money.

And I want to start, I want to read two big portions of scripture for some foundation,

and then we will jump right into it. Mark chapter 14, let's begin at verse three,

and then we'll flip back to Mark chapter 12, Mark 14 verse three says this,

while he was in Bethany, we're climbing at the table in the home of a man known as Simon the leper.

A woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume made of pure gnar.

She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.

And some of those present were saying indignately to one another, why this waste of perfume?

It could have been sold for more than a year's wages and the money given to the poor,

and they rebuked her harshly.

Leave her alone said Jesus, why are you bothering her? She's done a beautiful thing to me.

The poor you will always have with you and you can help them anytime you want, but you will not

always have me. She did what she could. I think that's a power statement right there in the text.

She did what she could. Look at your neighbor say do what you can.

Look at your other neighbor be a little bit more like a preacher say do what you can.

You're like I don't even know that person.

In the chat write that down do what you can do what you can do what you can.

She poured perfume on my body beforehand to prepare for my burial.

I tell you the truth wherever the gospel is preached throughout the world,
