Hello my friends and welcome back to the morning mindset. I wonder did you hear the bonus

touching stories there just a real brief episode outlining some of the thanks we've received

from those who have been blessed and helped through the Ministry. If you haven't heard

check it out at Not-Indeedyperson.org. Okay we are diving back in to the Book of Acts

chapter 13. We're looking at verses 26 through 35 today. It Paul has been giving a little

speech in the synagogue after being invited to speak and he's building on the foundation

that his listeners already have in the Jewish faith by drawing in stories from the characters

they already know from their own history. Abraham, Moses, Joshua, he's been talking about

all of that and he's continuing because he's presenting the message of Jesus as a fulfillment

of the prophecies these people already knew. So beginning of verse 26 he says, brothers,

sons of the family of Abraham and those among you who fear God to us has been sent the message

of this salvation. For those who live in Jerusalem and their rulers because they did not recognize

him nor understand the utterances of the prophets which are read every Sabbath fulfilled them by

condemning him and though they found him not guilty or worthy of death they asked Pilate to have

him executed and when they had carried out all that was written of him they took him down from the

tree and laid him in a tomb but God raised him from the dead and for many days he appeared to
