But if you've been listening to the podcast for the last few weeks, you'll know that I've been recording on the road and I apologize again for that sound quality, but it was either that or don't get a podcast out to you guys and I definitely did not want to miss an episode. So today we are talking about

food sources when you're growing indoors and this comes from my friend Donald who actually emailed me a bunch of cool questions that I'm going to be tackling on the podcast this week.

So this first question is, which are the best indoor food sources?

Growing an ambient light, sprouts and micro-greens will already get me through the winter, but some

variation might be nice. Well, it's a great question because Donald and me, and hopefully some of you, I want to grow as much as I can

myself and when I say grow as much as I can I mean grow as much as I can that I can actually

eat so if you're talking about small space

gardening, urban gardening, growing in limited light, all sorts of these

constraints that most gardeners don't have to deal with, let's say if you're out in a rural area or you have a lot of land,

well then you do have to really consider what you should do.

How do you get the most out of what little resources you have, whether that be light, space, money, etc.

Now it may come as no surprise that my number one recommendation will actually be micro greens and I know Donald said

other variations besides micro greens but it's important to touch on micro greens first

Here's why

Number one they are the easiest plant to grow in my humble opinion.

First of all, they're just normal plants.

So let's say you're growing microarugola Well, you're actually just growing normal

arugla and harvesting it sooner than you would, let's say a baby

arugula or a full head of arugola. Now, that's easier for many reasons.
