I have as well. I feel like tapping into my true self is something that I've been trying to do for a little bit or at least I sit in therapy.

And you know my therapist will ask me, well, what is your what is your truth or what are you really feeling about that or why is it so hard to make this decision?

It's almost like because I don't know if I trust myself is this decision going to be the right one or I should I do this other decision.

And she's given me exercises to help work that muscle. Yeah, small decisions for myself like ordering from a menu without getting anybody else's opinion at the table of what they're eating or going into my closet and just picking out an outfit for an event without asking any friends.

Their thoughts on it just trying to trust myself that I can make decisions for myself and then eventually that could lead to bigger things.

But anyway, that all has to do with tapping into me and who am I and what am I about and who do I want and I know you have thoughts on finding the real me or finding the real you.
