| 0:46.1 | Now, the problem with yogurt is, |
| 0:48.6 | it's just so high in sugar. |
| 0:49.9 | Even the high protein type of yogurt or Greek yogurt has at least 9 to 12 grams of sugar per serving, |
| 0:59.8 | not the entire container per serving. |
| 1:02.1 | So it's probably about four servings per container but |
| 1:05.2 | it's just too high. Kiefer is roughly about the same it's like 10 grams of sugar per serving |
| 1:12.2 | but there's two types of Kifer. You have dairy and you have water |
