Folks, tonight we wanted to talk about there's so much new information coming out

in this case, which we would have found out if this case had gone to trial, yet it did not go to

trial. So we're finding out all of the information based on a guilty plea. And we want to know, present this question to you and everyone else watching, listening

to this show.

Why did the defense approach the prosecution, Bill Thompson and the LATO County prosecutors from Moscow, Idaho.

Why did they approach them and offer to plea guilty?

And as a condition and conditions of this plea,

certain things were demanded by the prosecution.

We, watching this case, felt that the prosecution could have been much tougher.

The judge could have been much tougher, and we could have found out things that we will never find out now.

We will never find that out.

Like, where is the K-Bore knife?

Why didn't they insist on the defendant telling the court where he dumped that knife?

Or perhaps going to the location that he dumped it and recovering it. Why didn't they

demand? Or maybe let's not use the word demand. Why didn't they even ask for the bloody

clothing that he wore during these attacks? Why didn't they ask for more in regards to an

admission than a one word guilty plea? Yes. Why?

Those are some of the questions I have. I have no doubt in my mind that B.K. here, who is seen in this
