distances himself from his parents by calling them, you know, mother and father. But I think

what Jared said about the Bates Motel, yeah, I think that he is in his weird little way,

he's comforted by his mother because she can figure out a way to comfort him and talk him down

from his bizarre, you know,

OCD ways, but when he's left on his own 3,000 miles away, he can spin out of control,

and we saw what he did. And sadly, you know, he kills these four beautiful people.

But it is rather odd the way he communicates. And that would be,

you know, those communications, if the prosecution could show that they were relevant to show

state of mind. And I think they would be relevant to show state of mind at trial. They would be

shown to the jury. And that would be a good thing.

You know, the big thing for me here, and we talk about, you know, he pled guilty. So his defenders,

Ann Taylor, the attorney in this thumbnail you see on the screen right there to the left of BK,

she was trying every defense move in her arsenal, in her weaponry, you know, getting a

continuance, putting the case off, even though it had been two and a half years since the

occurrence, right?

Coming up with five additional suspects that she had no evidence that even existed,

getting it in there that B.K. liked to drive around in the middle of the night, stargazing,

you know, all of these different things, all of these motions, that is her job to raise.

But when the sharp judge, this judge Stephen Hippler, denied every single one of her motions,

it was time to approach her client.

I would have loved to have watched that.
