So, listen, guys, we have a fun show for you today.

This is a topic that we always, I think we've presented this on the show maybe once, maybe twice, a couple years ago.

We always update the points because it's fun for us to talk about this.

But I have to say as I was reading the title of today's podcast, the irony does not escape me.

Because, you know, I mean, look, I'm going to be 49 in March.

And a lot of you are my age plus or minus.

And the topic of today shows what every old realtor wishes they'd done differently.

And when we originally came up with that concept, that title concept, you know, maybe it wasn't so relevant, but now it certainly does it is relevant.

So what we've done with these points, and we update all of our points every time we

present them on the show to you guys, is we are taking, in essence, what we have learned

personally in life, right, but also professionally from all the coaching calls, and we are

doing our best to essentially share that information with you guys as fluff-free as

practically as possible.
