1:08.9	Obviously, this time of year we get a ton of people asking that questions, asking
1:13.4	that question, you know, agents that are part-time looking to be full-time, agents that are
1:17.6	not happy with their situation with their brokerage.
1:20.0	And the fact is, guys, being a real estate broker is incredibly difficult.
1:25.5	Being a real estate broker in a market like this and a changing,
