1:03.3	So Eric that's a lot of money to spend on coaching I'm guessing you've actually had some years that are higher than that so what did you learn?
1:10.3	Yeah so I'll backtrack a little bit. I first started getting coached when I was about
1:16.9	26 years old from a mutual friend of ours and he's like oh you should check out this coach thing. It was like
1:21.4	500 bucks a month so when I first started doing out this coach thing. It was like 500 bucks a month. So when I first started doing it,
1:24.4	this coach would basically hold me accountable, help me set goals and things like that. And I was already very
1:29.8	intrinsically motivated, so I already had these goals set up, so I was almost doing double work, so it was a little redundant for me.
