Summary

This is Day 1 of a 5-part series on Dominance.....and Dominance isn't what you think it is.

It's not control.
It's not force.
It's not grinding yourself into the ground trying to prove something.

Dominance is a state of being.
It's you, fully expressed, fully present, fully in control of your internal world.

You've felt it before.
In business, when you're locked in and creating effortlessly.
In sport, when everything clicks and you're unstoppable.

No fear. No pressure. No noise.
Just you.

And then… it disappears.

You go back to the default:
Pressure.
Doubt.
Self-judgment.
That constant feeling that something's off, even when you're winning.

That's not dominance.
That's conditioning.

In this episode, I'm breaking down what dominance actually is, why you keep losing access to it, and what's really driving your behavior underneath the surface.

Because until you understand what's happening inside you…
You'll keep chasing something you can't hold.

CTA:
Pay attention today:
What emotions keep showing up for you?
How do you feel when you win?
What pressure is always there in the background?

Tomorrow, we break down what people try to do to create dominance, and why it never works.

0:57.8

dominant. Everybody wants to be more dominant. It might be a feeling that you've experienced

1:03.0

before, but then it's gone. Right. And so I'm going to explain what this is and I'm going to talk

1:08.5

about why it's so important, why we have a

1:12.0

hard time getting into this consistent dominant state, what prevents that and what it could look

1:18.7

like if you knew how to cultivate that within you. Because it is within you. It's not something that you're going to find externally.

1:29.3

It's not a tool that you can find.

1:31.2

1:44.0

All right? And I'm going to be showing you how to go about doing that over the course of the next five days. So I want you to stick with me. We're going to go slow and steady. And I want you to do the work, the very simple work that I have you do at the end of each episode. All right? So let's just define it. Let's make it simple. All right. When we talk about dominance, I'm talking about a state of being. And real simply, it's just pure self-expression. To be dominant is to be who you are and to express that purely. All right. So when we see the most dominant athletes in the world, whatever sport they are in, right?

2:19.5

They don't have to all be the same demeanor. They don't all have to express themselves in the same way.
