A lot of other mothers and fathers have been in exactly the same position as you. I have walked in that man's shoes, says one of my

texts, and I promise you, I promise him that it will get better. And the first thing you have to do,

going to make sure you keep that promise because, well, contrary to what some recent developments

might suggest, this is a place where people who care about other human beings are allowed to thrive
